Shipping Policy

This policy applies to physical products ordered through SRI AND SUBBY - Aabha Herbal Bazaar. Orders may contain products fulfilled by different marketplace sellers and may therefore arrive in separate packages.

Order processing

Approved sellers normally prepare orders within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding public holidays and exceptional circumstances.

Estimated delivery

Domestic delivery is generally estimated within 3–7 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate and may vary by delivery location, seller location, courier operations, weather or public events.

Shipping charges

Applicable shipping charges, if any, are displayed during checkout before payment.

Address and serviceability

Customers must provide a complete address, correct PIN code and working telephone number. We or the seller may contact you to confirm delivery information. Orders may be cancelled and refunded if a location is not serviceable.

Tracking and delivery

Tracking details are provided when available. Please inspect the outer package at delivery. For visible damage, incorrect products or missing items, retain all packaging and contact support promptly with photographs or video.

Delays and failed delivery

We will assist with courier investigations, but delays beyond reasonable control may occur. Re-delivery charges may apply when delivery fails because of an incorrect address, repeated customer unavailability or refusal without a valid reason.
