These Terms govern use of Aabha Herbal Bazaar and purchases through the marketplace. By using the website or ordering, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Marketplace role

Aabha Herbal Bazaar is an online marketplace where approved independent sellers list herbal and wellness products. The seller is responsible for product accuracy, quality, legality, labelling, licences, manufacture and fulfilment. We facilitate discovery, ordering, payment coordination and support.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally capable of entering a contract under Indian law. Information supplied during registration and checkout must be accurate. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials.

Product information

Images may appear differently depending on the device. Natural ingredients may reasonably vary in colour, aroma or texture. Sellers must provide accurate descriptions, prices, stock, ingredients, directions, warnings and statutory information. We may review, reject, suspend or remove listings.

Health disclaimer

Website information is general product information, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Herbal products may interact with medicines or health conditions. Consult a qualified healthcare professional when appropriate, especially during pregnancy, nursing, medical treatment or before giving products to children.

Orders and pricing

An order is an offer to purchase. We or the seller may cancel because of unavailable stock, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, delivery limitations or regulatory restrictions. If captured payment relates to a cancelled order, an eligible refund will be initiated. Prices are in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise.

Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party providers, including Razorpay, and are also subject to their terms. We do not guarantee approval by a bank, card network or payment provider.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery estimates are indicative and may be affected by seller processing, courier operations, location, weather or other circumstances. Customers must provide a complete serviceable address and be available to receive delivery.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

These are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, submit fraudulent orders, impersonate another person, infringe intellectual property or use the marketplace unlawfully.

Intellectual property

The marketplace design, branding, software and platform content are owned by or licensed to us. Seller trademarks and product content remain the property and responsibility of their respective owners.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Courts with lawful jurisdiction over the marketplace operator’s registered place of business have jurisdiction, subject to consumer-protection law.
